Yeah, it happened to me. It was a very unpleasant experience, though not nearly as sensational a story as you'd like to hear. LOL!
A friend of mine had a musical. I hate musicals, and everyone knows it, but I had to support my friend. I should've known that something was going to happen because that whole evening went badly. I had gained 40 lbs at that point, so most of my clothes didn't fit me anymore. The dress I had planned to wear didn't fit, and I didn't realize it until I put it on. I had to find something else to wear at the last minute, which meant changing pantyhose, shoes, handbag, makeup, hair accessories, etc... I finally get out of the house and go pick up my friend (the host) and he wasn't ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for him, which really ticked me off. Then, he has an attitude because everyone is calling him asking him where he is and why he's not there... it was really poorly planned.
We're driving along, and I forget what song was playing, but it put us in a heavy worship and we worshipped all the way to the church. We get to the church, I turn to get out of the car, and heard a loud "rrrrrrrrrip." The zipper that went from my neck to my waistline ripped all the way from top to bottom.
I borrowed one of the guys' jackets and came in the church (one of those churches where you have to go through the sanctuary to get to the restroom)

. A homegirl of mine fixed the zipper (after breaking the little thingy off, we used a safety pin to move the zipper up and down).
I went to my seat, determined to shout all over the devil's head, and "rrrrrrrrrrip" it ripped again... this time, in front of everyone! LOL!
I wasn't about to let the devil win that one by having me all distracted and paranoid, so I didn't even bother to try to fix it again. I drove 20 miles home, changed clothes, and made it back in a record 45 minutes.
