Yea, that is it, T.  I have used some of those runs quite a bit.  It was a real good post.  Thanks again

Ive learned to practice your scales forward backwards and opposite ends at the same time, that will make it so much easier learning to do many things at once while your playin a song with out a bass player...I do it alot of the time......its easy,

It's great when there is a bass player..you can hear the thud every 2nd..but eventually it all seems normal.

The same applies when you are alone on the keys: if you've played with a bassist, it might seem weak at 1st..but after a few minutes, everything normalizes...
The bass on the keyboard is deep enough if you know how to select your sounds.

Yes bass runs are a good tool to add to your playing.. But right now I'm only able to do bass walks effectively.
I know I'll sound ultra cool once I can do bass uns effectively..& I don't mind whether there is a bassist or not--but I know right now I prefer not to have 1/ it depends on who's on the bass. ;D
