The words to "You and I" are:
Verse 1:
Here we are on earth together It's you and I, God has made us fall in love...it's true I really found someone like you
Will it stay, the love you feel for me Oh will you say, that you will stay by my side to see me through Until my life is through
Chorus 1:
For in my mind, we can conquer the world In love you and I, you and I, you and I.
Verse 2:
I am glad, at least in my life I found someone who may not be here forever to see me through But I've found strenth in you
I only pray that I have shown you A brighter day, because thats all I'm living for you see Don't worry what happens to me
Chorus 2:
For in my mind you will stay here always. In love you and I, you and I, you and I...you and I ohhhh.
In my mind we can conquer the world In love you and I, you and I, you and I.

I have 500+ gospel CD's and about 6600 MP3's on my computer, and a few years back I did a survey of hundreds and hundreds of gospel songs to see what key they were in. This is what I found (I thought it was interesting). The keys are list in order from most popular to least popular.
1. Ab 2. C# 3. Eb 4. F# 5. Bb 6. F 7. C 8. G 9. D 10. B 11. E 12. A

Tonality... You get used to hearing things in those keys, so you tend to continue to write things in those keys. The composers making music are the same cats that were taught to play the oldies on the original blacks. Just as "C" is and easy key to play in, Many found the flat keys to be an easy way to get the jazzy/bluesy sound they were hearing in their heads out without actually having to know how to do it on the actual boards. Playing on the tops was easier to think about at the time for those that were teaching themselves how to play. Much of our history, thusly is effected because of this. Guitar player will traditionally write in keys that they are familiar with as well. Those keys are the bottom of this list. What I find interesting is how far away the actual tonality is between Gospel music and full fledged blues yet how similar the messages were in the beginning. It wasn't until the Blues became commercialized that we started to see it split off into taverns and bars. A mere half step separated Eb from E or Ab from A but a world of difference in tonal color case produced. The amount of heritage in your record collection is astounding. I hope you realize the treasure you have there...

You'd have to listen to the song to see how the RH chords flow. Also the words don't exactly line up with the chords, but I think you'll get through it.
