Hey for the organ the best thing I can give you is this to start. This will beef up your chords, give you a pattern for the pedals and chords for the right hand. The best way to start this is to use the 1-4-5 pattern which is derived from the scale (ie. Cmajor-Fmajor-Gmajor).
Here it is
For your pedal use the Circle of Fifths:
C-F-B FLAT-E FLAT-A FLAT-D FLAT-G FLAT-B-E-A-D-G (From here the cycle repeats)
For your left hand:
Use either a 3rd -7th of the scale or the 3rd -Flat 7th of the scale
Here are examples:
C/E-B FLAT/C-E-G
F/E FLAT-B FLAT/F-A-C
B FLAT/D-A/B FLAT- D-F
E FLAT/D FLAT-A FLAT/E FLAT-G-B FLAT
A FLAT/C-G/A FLAT-C-E FLAT
D FLAT/B-G FLAT/D FLAT-F-A FLAT
G FLAT/B FLAT-F/G FLAT-B FLAT-D FLAT
B/A-E/B-D SHARP-F SHARP
E/G SHARP-D SHARP/E-G SHARP-B
D/F SHARP-C SHARP/D-F SHARP-A
G/F-C/G-B-D
Example 2:
C/E-B FLAT/C-E-G
F/E FLAT-A/F-A-C
B FLAT/D-A FLAT/B FLAT-D-F
E FLAT/D FLAT-G/E FLAT-G-B FLAT
A FLAT/C-G FLAT/A FLAT-C-E FLAT
D FLAT/B-F/D FLAT-F-A FLAT
G FLAT/B FLAT-E/G FLAT-B FLAT-D FLAT
B/A-D SHARP/B-D SHARP-F SHARP
E/G SHARP-D/E-F SHARP-B
A/G-C SHARP/A-C SHARP-E
D/F SHARP-C/D-F SHARP-A
