Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, the BBC version. The american version has too much staged drama. I guess that's the only cooking show I watch so I am slightly bias.

BBC is getting much play lately. I dig their laid back demeanor, wit and the accents. Also the greatest show ever made "Top Gear"
