We won't know who comes out on top until the season starts. That's always been my philosophy when they draft new players in all sports. Just because they got drafted doesn't mean they can automatically cut it in the big leagues. I remember when Anthony Mason got drafted by Portland out of college(TSU). I was in school with him and I saw him the very next day. He made a little noise but he didn't do his thing until he bulked up and was able to measure up to the big boys he had to tangle with. He played overseas after he got cut and worked his way back into the NBA as a free agent and truly represented for about 14 years. I still see him sometimes when he comes to town and I can say that even though we weren't friends per se back then, he still speaks to a brother whenever he sees me. I really respect him for that.
To sum it up, the easy part is getting drafted, the hard part is staying there.
