Does anybody know how to tap?

I want to learn how to tap. Does anyone know of a good book or video on the subject. If you don't know what tapping is, the video below is a good example.

Keep your fingers firm but relaxed and tap the strings with your fretting hand just behind the frets.  It also helps if you hold your tapping hand at ~90* angle to the neck.

I don't tap very often but sometimes I'll use the technique after (or while) playing a chord.  Practice, practice, practice....lol

I can't see the video (on my computer at work), but there are some videos on LGM under "Bass Instruction Video". They show you examples of everything: tapping, slapping, popping, licks, riffs, runs, etc...
