Ok, I'll start......as an instructor in gospel music I always stress melody above chords. You started off fine then you went searching for chords and runs. There's no problem doing that its only the timing (which is everything). I recommend you structure your chords below the melody all the way through the song first, then begin to add runs and fillins. I notice you have a Casio Keyboard using the organ mode. I will pull out my Casio WK-1800 and do a lesson video for you to practice with tonight.

 Was the " Time To Practice " comment mad as regarding me according to me video or was it pertaining to one's self in regards to sams video ? o

Dang why am I just now seeing this? :o  Anywho Travis your video was indeed short but very sweeeeeeet!!! I enjoyed the organ sound that you used and the chords. It sounds a lot like the way I play it. God bless you!!!

had you not posted the title of the song i wouldnt have had a clue as to what you were playing. after the first few bars it seemed as though you wanted to put anything you thought was "phat" in as opposed to actually playing the song.

Thanks for all the tips and correction it is much apperciated. I did not even notice that the the melody was not that evident until you guys said, and I really don't think that I notice it that much still. I think what it might be is that the melody IMm used to is different to what yall might be used to, but I will try to use more melodic(?) sounding chords. Thanks again!

I know why some of you ware talking about the meldoy, I played the"I Need Thee,Oh I Need,Every Hour, Oh I Need Thee" part twice, then wentto the "Bless Me Know" part.Does that explain that problem. :-\
