I started on a 4 now play a 5 but rarely ever use my B string. When I play a 4 it feels to small, but I can get away with playing one. I think sooner or later I'm gonna go for a 3 string

Two Strings is where it's at...

That was pretty funky. I'm not a 4 string player myself, I have tried a few in GC but none that really got me interested. I did own one for about a week. It just didn't feel right so I sold it. I learned to play on a 5 string. I know play 5 and 6 string.

Not really feeling the 4 strings right now. That may change in the future, But for now I'm happy with my 5 and 6 string. ;D

I've found that from playing the fives, I seem to play alot better on the four, but then theres those "Call of the low B" occasions where I feel like someone's taken my toy away and stashed it in an impossible to reach place.
