God Is An Awesome God

Hello all,
I wondering if anyone knows who sings this song, I believe it's called Awesome God.
I don't know much of the words but I know one part of the song is when the choir is singing "From the rising of the sun to the setting of the same he's worthy to be praised God is worthy to be praised." And they sing that a few times, and then I think they go back into God Is An Awesome God He is An Awesome and Worthy to be praised.

If anyone knows what i'm talking about and can help me then I would really appreciate it.

Thank you so much. I have been trying to find that song but I live in charleston and we are just slow to all things so............ lol

We never get the good stuff down here.
