i'm lost in music and i hope no one ever finds me...

That's funny.  I just bought a Hammond Lock & Key Set off Ebay for my C2 this past weekend.  I went ahead and paid the 'Buy It Now' price because although you see a lot of keys for sale you don't see locks on Ebay very often.  Of course, be sure you get one that matches your style of organ (i.e., B series locks won't fit a C series organ, etc.).

Are all of the hammond keys the same, or are they different?

One of the organs that I play (a classical Rodgers), the only way you can turn it on is by inserting and turning the key. But we just leave it in the organ.

Some of the keys may be the same but I've only compared C-series keys against B-series keys and I think they are different.  There are pictures of each on Ebay right now and the listings indicate that A-and B-series organs may share the same key while C and D-series may share the same key.  I think the B-series locks are shaped slightly different than the C-series locks too but I'm not positive.

Just make sure that you have the church buy a couple of copies. One for the musician, and one for the church to keep for times when you may not be there.

If you're still looking for a Hammond Organ Lock and Key there's one for sale now on Ebay at

http://cgi.ebay.com/Hammond-Organ-B3-C3-Lock-2-Keys-Complete_W0QQitemZ320302698085QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item320302698085&_trkparms=72%3A1205|39%3A1|66%3A2|65%3A12|240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Be sure it matches (i.e., fits) your type of organ.  I think this set is for a C2/C3 organ.

If the lock and key are Hammond stock, the lock can be picked by a hairpin.  I know, because they locked me out of the school auditoriums` C-2 when I was in highschool!  They had to replace it with a serious lock after that.....

You don't have to depend on Ebay for fallboard keys. Tonewheel General Hospital sells new fallboard keys for various Hammond models. If this is for a B series Hammond, make sure you get the right key as there were two different keys being using during the B3 production. All details are on the website.

Doesn't it only take like 2 seconds to reset it?
