Looking for Verses

I am searching for the verses to an old gospel song my 78yr old Deacon only knows the chorus to but at one time I heard the song and there were verses to it of which I only remember part of the first one and would deeply appreciate help so that the adult choir can add it to our repetoire.
The chorus goes as follows:
"Get right with God
And do it now

Down at the cross
Where He shed his blood

I'm not too sure if it had any real verses. My dad always ad-lib. For example:

(Everybody ought to)
Get right with God
And do it now
Get right with God
And He will show you how
Down at the cross
Where He shed his blood
Get right with God, get right, get right with God.

Then he would change it to:

(All the members ought to..., all the deacons, all the preachers...etc)
