Believe it or not, I am posting the chords to Rickey Dillard's "Our Father, You Are Holy".  This is just the basics. Before the changes. The song starts in C# and ends in Ab (I believe) it may end in F#.
But here you go. Ya'll let me know what you think!
God Bless

Here's the video link:

C#/AbC#EbFAb - Our
Eb/BbC#EbF - Father
F/AbBbCEb - You Are
F#/F#AbBbC# - Holy
A/F#ACEb - (filler) hit quick
Bb/AbC#EbF -We give you
Ab _ G(Slide Bass)/GBbEb - Glory

or you can use with the Ab/AbCEb (hit this chord quick before going to the G/GBbEb chord)

Ab/AbC#Eb - And
 /C - We
Bb/F#AbBbC#Eb - Bless
C/AbBbCEb - Your
C#/AbC#EbFAb - Name

Repeat then modulate to D, then to Eb, then to E, then to F, then to F#. Haven't really listened to the song close enough to know if they go up all the way to Ab or not. The shout at the end of the video is in Ab though, I think.
I pray this helps someone.

Sorry, I made a mistake on a chord. Karlmhoon, this one might be a little better!!

C#/AbC#EbFAb - Our
Eb/BbC#EbF - Father     -- THIS CHORD SHOULD BE Eb/BbC#EbF#
F/AbBbCEb - You Are       -- You can also play  F/CEbFAb instead
F#/F#AbBbC# - Holy
