Strictly by Biblical standards - NO. Biblically, ordination was simply the local body of believers formally recognising an already existing call of God on a particular servant. In OT times after Moses, any male born of the tribe of Levi was automatically "ordained" into the priesthood - although some served much more fervently and effectively than others.
In the NT, we do not find any great detail, but the early church did recognise pastors, deacons and deaconesses, evangelists, apostles - and this recognistion might be public in nature.
Going forward to our times, by standards of man and various denominations, there would be a great variety of opinions. Denominational requirements and individual church requirements range from the very simple to the hoplessly complex. (If Jesus Himself requested ordination, some churches would not grant it, because He would not meet all the requirements - needless to say, these are requirements of MAN, NOT of God.)
