"My Help" Chords

Hello to all, need a huge favor!
By wednesday (really tonight but I won't have time!) I need to learn My Help.
     I will lift up mine eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help
     My help cometh from the Lord, the Lord who made heaven & earth......

I just need basic chords spelled out if possible. If not I can figure them out. But if anyone could I will greatly appreciate it

The original song is in F and is quite easy to play. Hope you enjoy it.
