She's dead wrong.  She could call right on the spot and make sure nothing went through before giving him the money.

I was saying the same thing... she put on a really big show in the station.. I just wanted my chips and water. She was carrying on something terrible. Like, really? They asked her for the receipt that the machine got when she supposedly got approved fo rthe gas.... So then she claimed she didnt get one. Then after all of that, the manager came out and gave the guy $16 in gas...

And LaRue IRT your last statement, I know its not an uncommon thing, but its your responsibility to remember what pump you are at. Its not really that deep... BUT it is something you may want to remember...

I miss living in Philly, cause in Jersey, they pump your gas for you. LOL...

Yeah, I remember that when we went to NJ when I was a kid. My grandma came and visited us in Utah and didn't even know how to pump her own gas, lol.

ACW's annoying sidekick just bought me a Twix.  That was so sweet of him. He had some articles for me to proofread, and he knows how much I hate reading the articles for this particular publication, so he asked me if he could buy me some chocolate. I said no, but he insisted.

That wouldn't work even if I considered it. My Sociology teacher has hawk-eyes. She'll stop mid-sentence to tell someone ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK to stop texting. I'm like...how in the world did she see THAT? It's like being in a room with the all-seeing eye.

Eh, most of it was pretty straight-forward, but I stalled on a few. I probably made around a mid B. I have a 50 point bonus in my pocket, though, so even if I made like a 50, it'd bump it up to a 100.

I hate when you plan to do something everyone is all in until the last minute. Then all of a sudden they don't feel like going. And this WOULD happen the weekend that I planned to do something for my birthday. And I hardly ever do anything for my birthday! Ugh! I have thee greatest friends on earth!

Lord, you gotta send me at least 1 dependable friend. Geez.

Not very happy.

Tomorrow night I'm suppose to be going to the Improv. A comedy club at the Hard Rock. Shawn and Marlon Wayans are suppose to be there. We'll see what happens.

Baby gurl, you cant let them spoil your birthday. I know its easier said than done... But it is the truth. The same thing happened to me this year on my birthday. THEY made the plans for ME and they decided not to come through. So I went to Virginia Beach, I got myself a hotel suite, ordered room service and all of the next day, I had brunch and lunch and dinner BY. MY. SELF... And I had a wonderful time. I went shopping and you know, I didnt have to cut my day short cause so and so had to pick the kids up, and I didnt have to hurry back cause so and so was tired of walking... Shoot, I enjoyed kickin it with me.

So if you want to go to the Improv, then go, saddown, listen to them silly dudes and enjoy your day. Then you can tell you friends that you still had a wonderful birthday, whether they were there or not, you enjoyed yourself... I may be wrong, for saying this, but sometimes friends like that need to feel EXPENDABLE... meaning, you gotta let them know that they are NOT NEEDED and that you will be fine with or without them.

CS: Tired and annoyed after a long day of clean-up at the church. The wanna-be burglar broke my office door beyond repair so now we have to get a new door. Plus, he broke the door frame to get into the building so we have to get a whole new door there, too. The police dusted for fingerprints and left ink all over everything. I have ink on my clothes, under my fingernails, on my face, all over my desk, on every paper that was on my desk, just everywhere.

But the good part is that they caught the guy and we got our stuff back. I'm grateful, though still really ticked off. I went and met his mother and girlfriend today.
