We do this track for my Youth P&W team.
It's in F.
Off the top of my head, the beginning is:
F/F-A-C
F/Eb-G-Bb
and the verses are basically bouncing off of the Dmin chord to the Eb chord, with you alternating the bass note in 5ths.
A-D/F-A-D
Bb-Eb/G-Bb-Eb
And that's pretty much it.
