Or is it actually sad that this aint to far from the truth in many cases?  It has it's funny moments, but it should also make you think.

I saw it on TV last week, it was kinda funny. Basically, it was a parody of American Idol etc, where people were "preaching".

I'll have to watch it again later to see if its over the top.

For those that can't view, it's a skit from CHocolate News entitled "America's Next Top Black Preacher" based upon America's Next Top Model and American Idol.  There's 3 judges determining who is good and bad preaching.  That's where the craziness comes in.

The script that converts your link into an embeded video, didn't work correctly, so I modified the post. That's all.

You know my ears aren't as sensitive to cursing as some, so I didn't hear the cursing until just now.

Usually clips that have bad language are out-of-bounds, but since you're trying to talk about how this makes Christians look, it may be OK. I don't know. I'll leave it, if it gets removed then we'll know.

I didn't think it was over-the-top (nor did I find it humorous).  It wasn't offensive to me.  But like B3W, I'm not very sensitive to cursing either; I didn't even hear any curse words.  I tend not to notice them unless it's the "f" or "s" word anyway.

Hmm...I think it was a little much when they started to fake those tongues, and when the priest solicited a boy for....

ANYWAY it was a little funny in the beginning because some preacher are actually characters...

Man, this was hilarious.  The only thing that would make this over the top is if they were being serious.  It's so obvious that this is meant to be funny I can't help but laugh.
