I was about to ask the same thing! LOL!!

And also wondering, what exactly constitutes whether a thread was comedic? Who determines whether there was enough humor to give it the "comedic" stamp? LOL!  :D

The title determines the comedic nature of the thread.

For example, THIS thread was not comedic in nature. It was silly, childish and immature (and, sometimes, those things are funny) but it wasn't comedic.

The 'Good Morning' thread is an example of a thread that is comedic in nature.

That won't work, but I'm not about to argue with a big hat. LOL! I know better than to take on City Hall.  :)  Many of our funniest threads started out seriously and turned funny.

Some of our "best threads" weren't funny at all, but were a blessing to many.

I think it's silly to restrict "best" threads to only funny threads. That would be called "funniest threads." But again, I know better than to take on City Hall. It's all good.  :)

And FWIW, I agree: This was indeed a very childish and immature thread that showed LGM at one of our lower moments.

Now, eyes front people, or be turned into a pillar of salt.  ::) :D

For the most part this thread was just about differing views.  It was an interesting debate on where 'calling out sin' ends and 'judging' begins.  I don't see a silly, childish, immature thread here.  I guess you see differently.

I think it showed some of us behaving childish and immature... the thread itself wasn't necessary childish or immature. And I wouldn't call it silly at all.

You just figured that out?  :D ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Is today "Thread Nostalgia Day?"  This thread and the LaRue weirdo stalker thread both popped up on my "new replies to your posts" screen.
