I have a question, i started playing the drums when i was nine, i played till i was 17 then stopped, now im 20 and im trying to get back in to it, i just need some advice on things i shuld be doing so i can gat back to how i use to play

Get a good teacher, work on the fundamentals (rudiments,timing, dynamics, etc.), listen to lots of music (all styles). Youtube is FULL of knowledge you can watch the greats anytime you want!

To go along with the other responses, 1) You gotta surround yourself with people who can help/support you. They don't even have to be players themselves, though it would help. It's nice to have people backing you who believe in you and can help you keep focused. If this is what you want to do, DO IT! 2)Keep coming here! We have young folks and veterans alike who learn something every week. 3) Encourage yourself and be diligent! Sow the golden effort and reap the golden reward.
