Can anyone tell me about this bridge?

I picked up a used P-bass today just for parts (mainly the neck). There was no name on the headstock or in the neck pocket so I figured it was probably a DIY kit. It had a funny looking bridge.
Does anyone recognize what type of bridge this is or is it just junk?

i would keep it and clean it up looks old fashion might be worth some money in a few years i hope i am not to late
