1-4 progression

where does the 1-4 progression fit in a a song? Can someone help. I can play it but where would it fit in a song?

That depends entirely on the song.

Certain songs go from the 1 to the 4.  Other songs don't.


I'd strongly suggest you go to:

www.hearandplay.com and order Gospelkeys 202.

That DVD gave me a basic understanding of how music moves.

i was wondering if someone could give me an example of it being used in a song. Just an example. I don't wanna buy a whole dvd for one example.
