I'm not at a keyboard Mr. Andrew, but I'll break the exacts down later...it looks like Key of Db...take a look at some of the chords I just posted in Rain On Us...and I know T-Block, ddw4e, rspindy, myself and a bunch of others have posted chords for the circle of 5ths/4ths...

Ab/ F#-Bb-B-Eb

C/ Bb-D-Eb-G

F/ A-C#-Eb-Ab

then repeat from the top

Also good idea to learn these changes in every key as the make up maybe 75% of gospel/church movements
