I did say "lack the skills at this time, which implies that I hope as time goes on I will be able to do things like you or Val, or some of the others on this site that are awesome at chording out songs. To be honest with you I'm pretty much teaching myself, with the help of LGM and a couple Jermaine Griggs DVD's, but I'm a "slow learn" so to speak. My passion is to minister music at my church, and I know I will someday. I'm the only keyboard player at my church presently, so everything I get I pretty much get from this site! I'm sorry if I came off as lazy or unwilling to help myself, that is farthest from the truth. I know chording songs is easy for you and others that have the gift, but I also realize that you had to start somewhere. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
