The best I can tell you (if you know the number system) is the vamp is a 1-6-2-5-#5(dim)-6-3-2-3-4-5-6-5/3-1.

I'd write it out but I'm at work and can not.

The beginning kind of sounds like the above progression, as well. I said "kind of". ;)

The bridge? Yea, I've got nothing. :D :-\ :)

For those that don't know the number system, this is what i came up with from the numbers posted above for the vam[:
they are in the same order as above:

Bb-1
Gm-6
Cm-2
F-5
F dim-5#
Gm-6
Dm-3
Cm-2
Dm-3
Eb-4
F-5
Gm-6
Dm-3
Bb-1

hope this helps
if anyone knows the chords to the beginning and the bridge i would be glad to help with anything

*Cation: rant

I love the song, but lack the skill to figure it out myself at this time.

So, what are you doing about this right now?  You mean to tell me that for over a month you've done nothing but wait for someone to post chords?

I keep seeing this over and over from different posters, "I don't have the skills right now to figure this out", or something to that effect.  You or anyone else will never have the skills unless u do something about it.

You say you're desperate for chord help, but what u really need is the skills that will allow u to figure this music out for yourself. I'm willing to help you or anyone get those skills if you desire.

This is not aimed just at you godservant, but at anyone else who reads this post.  If it sounds really harsh, I'm sorry, but I mean every word.  I really believe that if you put in the effort, figuring out songs will be piece of cake.  It just takes time.  Please take this in love cuz I mean it with the sincere love of Christ.  Be blessed!

Thank you T-Block for the constructive criticism (in love).  I did say "lack the skills at this time, which implies that I hope as time goes on I will be able to do things like you or Val, or some of the others on this site that are awesome at chording out songs.  To be honest with you I'm pretty much teaching myself, with the help of LGM and a couple Jermaine Griggs DVD's, but I'm a "slow learn" so to speak.  My passion is to minister music at my church, and I know I will someday.  I'm the only keyboard player at my church presently, so everything I get I pretty much get from this site!  I'm sorry if I came off as lazy or unwilling to help myself, that is farthest from the truth.  I know chording songs is easy for you and others that have the gift, but I also realize that you had to start somewhere.  Thanks for the words of encouragement.  Your Friend in Christ - Godservant   (side note:  are you familiar with the song??   I have figured it out up until the first change where it goes, "I can't help...")
