Some Good Insight: Rehearsing

Every once and a while I peruse the pro forums at TB for anything interesting.  I must say that reading this particular thread really amazed me and made me think about the time I rehearse with my jazz combo at work as well as in the ministry.  This is on Justin Meldal-Johnson's forum.

wow, I think in the past seven days I have only played my bass a total 4 hours :( ... sigh not enough time in a day to do everything I wanna do :(
