I tried it today. Although I'd say casserole is not wrong, it's seems more like my idea of souffle. I noticed because of the 6 eggs. At first I was going to cut it down to 3 or 4 but then I hesitated and am glad I did. It rose and puffed up like a souffle, or maybe a quiche, is more the word.
I had ham and green onion so I used them instead of sausage, but I want to do another with sausage.
