I wish Fender still had the Deluxe Powerhouse Strat.  That was one flew under the radar before succumbing to lack of sales.  Many considered it to be the poor man's Clapton Strat since it featured an almost identical active mid-boost curcuit.

Wasn't there another that had the Fishman power bridge on it?

They are missing the sparkle and bite of real single coils, imho. At least in the couple of DP Strats that I've played that's been the case.

exactly...they are so dull...

There is.  It's still part of the current line up and is know as the Deluxe Power (as opposed to Powerhouse) Strat.  I've played the old Powerhouse a few times and really liked it.  Basically, it's an updated version of the old Elite Strat from the 80's but without the funky bridge and other non-traditional features.  Like the Elite before it, the Powerhouse used a dummy coil to achieve noise-free  operation (the sensing pickups were based on the American Standard).  It was a lively sounding guitar and the addition of the mid-boost made it quite versatile.  I believe the specs for the boos was 12db vs. 25db for the EC sig. Strat.  A simple mod that involves removing a couple of resistors from the circuit allows the Powerhouse to match the Clapton's boost.

BTW, when the current American Standard series was announced, there was to have been a version that featured the active circutry and dummy coil system from the Powerhouse.  Those plans were quickly scrapped as Fender may have had concerns that this would eat into sales of the E.C. model.
