I like this song...I could give you Lashun Pace version, but when I was young a lady by the name of Sheila Austin sung a slower version at my church. It has stuck with we 20+ years...I used to have the album my mom bought that day, but I lost it in Katrina, let me see if I can find something close to how she did it...

Ok...I was going to write this all out, but It's not a very difficult song...

I listened to a short part of the Tessie Hill version on youtube and the majority of the song from the part I listened, is a play off of 4 basic chords.  I'll give a short example below....the version on youtube I listened to was Key of F

/C, - He
Gm9 = G-D-F/Bb-D-F-A - Keeps
C13 = C-G-Bb/C-D-F-A - Doing Great Thing for...
FM = F/C-F-A - Me
Dm7 = (filler)

That's pretty much it and the song repeats...

If you need more, I can possibly do a midi...

Since I started with the Tessie Hill version I'll keep it in F from there...Basics of the part requested are:

/F, /G, /A, /C, - For He knows me
or use a passing chord on above - (sample B-A/B-Eb-F-A) - For He knows me
Bb-F-A/C-D-F-A - Better

Posted above are the full basic chords to the song (verse, chorus & bridge - unless I missed some other part it just repeats); expanding would be a musicians own interpretation of the basic progression.

I could post some alternates chords, but I'm not sure if that's what you are looking for, sometimes it's just the feel of the way a musician may substitute or makes rhythm adjustments that makes a song sound fuller.
