It's Tween-pop; music produced for and targeted for sale to the "tween" market, the kids who are not quite teens, but older than the Barney-the-Dinosaur-watching crowd...Radio Disney listeners, Disney Channel watchers, Miley Cyrus fans, etc...
fwiw: Jump 5 is very family-friendly, pro-Christian and I think they've matured a little from the examples given above.
