On second thought, I've said this before in less-than-direct ways, but I want to be a little more direct today.

I don't want the responsibility or burden of 'running' this group or making it work or planning schedules or anything. From this point on, someone else has to take it on. I will participate, of course, so I'll continue checking the thread to find out when the next BS/BT is being held. Thanks!

Well, it was fun while it lasted.

I don't see too many people, myself included, being the galvanizing force that you are when it comes to getting enough interest to pull this thing off every week. But, I feel where you're coming from, having all that you do going on. Adding the stress of organizing this weekly can be tough.

Well, I guess we get together randomly when we can, no need to add pressure to an already busy life. I know personally, as soon as we locked in Tuesday, my Tuesdays started getting booked, lol!

I suggest maybe we should try to do it once a month or two times a month. That would lessen the pressure and it would possibly be perceived as being more special as oppose to a common event.

For Bible Study / Bible Talk, I would like to focus on the Bible Talk portion of the initiative. I have listed some suggested topics however, it is open to other ideas. Is there a Word from The Lord?

Of course there is a Word from the Lord for it is in you. Bring the Word with you and share with your brothers and sister.

16 Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself to [people, things] and give yourselves to humble tasks. Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits.

1. Would you say that some people are placed in your life as if it were "divine frustration"? How do you adjust yourself?

2. If a person so happen to be in business with a believer who does not tithe, should that person tithe on the profit of the whole business or is it alright to tithe on their portion alone?

3. Would you agree or disagree that, "The Church is telling the Truth badly and the World is lying really good". Why?

4. How do you press/cope (faithful few) when others in the body don't share your concern or passion when it coves to various Kingdom Efforts. It could be your passion for excellence in the choir/praise team, a program or committee you may be heading, or perhaps some church project where it seems you are the only person doing all the work

There are no free toll-free conference lines that I know of. If anyone knows of one or has access to one, we'd love to use it.

I have to admit, I never gave it any thought since I call from my cell and I have unlimited minutes (and I know it's off-peak for the east coast and most Sprint customers).

Looking forward to the study, Hasmo. Glad I saw this because I did forget.
