Ya boy won the Biggest Loser Fitness Challenge at my church. I dropped 14 more pounds. That brings my total to over 40lbs in half a year. Can't stop now, gotta keep going!!! :D

The biggest motivator is results. 

It's difficult to begin, but once you start seeing those pounds come off, getting comments on your weight loss and buying smaller clothes sizes it pushes you to do more and more.

Congrats again T-Block.  40lbs is quite an accomplishment.

Thanks you all. I know I had stopped chronicling my efforts like I used to, but that didn't mean I stopped exercising. I just got really busy and couldn't get online much. I'm gonna start back now to help encourage and motivate my fellow LGMers. If I can do it, you can do it too!!! :D

Ok, I'm motivated again.  I'm not sure I have a weight loss goal, per se.  But, I do want to get back into having a healthier lifestyle, including exercising daily.

Im motivated to drop some lbs -- all my church friends all get together and EAT all the time... im tired of that So we decided to get together and do an activity even bowling or something where were not just eating all the time

I also am waking up an hour early so i can do a 30 min workout and drop some much needed cookie weight

Lastly I am taking 30min each evening to pratice new things on the keys!

I need some encouragement... I started this "eating healthy lifestyle" and im tryna loose a few lbs before sunday so my easter outfit can look even more BOMB than it already is (lbvs) and there is a piece of chocolate on my desk at work and its just asking me to eat it... i threw it in the trash and i can hear it crying for me to save it............

Thanks. I need it! So far today, i have had my normal smoothie, consisting of one bananna, a bunch of blueberries, strawberries, 8 oz of orange juice and 4 oz of vanilla yogurt.  i also had 3 strips of bacon.


For lunch, I had....back to breakfast...that smoothie was pretty good. Wish I had made enough to go with lunch.


Ok...ok...for lunch, I had a Chik Fil A spicy chicken sammich and fries, with iced tea.


When I get off from work, I plan to ride a bike for at least 30 minutes- a real bike, not a stationary one. If I don't get off early enough to catch enough sun to ride at the park, l'll lift weights instead
