Thanks. I need it! So far today, i have had my normal smoothie, consisting of one bananna, a bunch of blueberries, strawberries, 8 oz of orange juice and 4 oz of vanilla yogurt. i also had 3 strips of bacon.
For lunch, I had....back to breakfast...that smoothie was pretty good. Wish I had made enough to go with lunch.
Ok...ok...for lunch, I had a Chik Fil A spicy chicken sammich and fries, with iced tea.
When I get off from work, I plan to ride a bike for at least 30 minutes- a real bike, not a stationary one. If I don't get off early enough to catch enough sun to ride at the park, l'll lift weights instead
