I will begin my first paying gig this week, and I don't know what I'm going to do.
I used to go to the gym on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but this church I'll be playing for rehearses on Tuesdays and has church on Saturday (Adventist).
This is besides the P&W and choir rehearsals for my home church. I've also been practicing more lately.
I have an Eliptical, a Treadmill, and a Power Tower at home, but it's no substitute for the gym.
If I was a single man, I'd go to the gym on Monday and Thursday, but I'm already away so much. I can't neglect my family.
There just aren't enough hours in the day.
Ok so first, congrats on the paying gig!!! To God be the glory!
It might take some getting used to at first, but you could still go to the gym on Saturdays after service. Adventists aren't like Apostolics... lol. They're in and out - usually done in 2 hours or less.

And your Thursdays are still open for the gym (or if you want to stay home that day since you're now gone on Tuesdays, you can do the work out at home. Even though it's not the same, it's better than nothing.

And it's only one day...).
As for me, I'm drinking water as I type this.
Spiritually, I've definitely slipped here and there. I'm not praying or studying the way I used to, but that's finna change. Financially, I just can't seem to get this shopping monkey off my back, but I'm working on some things for this month and next month that will push me a little closer to my goal. Physically... *sigh*
I'm still drinking water a lot (at least 2-3 bottles a day, usually without the Crystal Light). CHECK PLUS!
I'm pretty much eating one serving of vegetables every day, for the most part. CHECK!
I'm also taking multi-vitamins once a day. CHECK PLUS!!
I've completely stopped my workout. *sigh*
I'm going to resume working out... but my accountability partner ain't helping me... lol.
