I do monthly pictures to monitor my skin. It's coming along...

Weekly pics can be kinda rough because often the change is so negligible that it doesn't show up on camera and you can get discouraged (that was my experience).

Can I get an accountability partner for my mini-workouts? I want to get back to my previous routine. I think I was doing like 20-30 minutes of different things (lunges, I think they were called, sit-ups, push-ups, and jumping jacks, I think? Idk. I'll have to go back in the thread and find it) like 5 days a week. Anyway. Can somebody help me?

I suck at being consistent.

I'm struggling. Gained another 5 lbs this week (on top of the 21 lbs I've gained over the past year). I decided to start doing some crunches and some leg and arm muscle toning. I have a neighbor who's a trainer and offered to help me. I may have to take him up on it.

Congrats!  So are you gonna buy new pants every size you go down, or try to wait until you get where you wanna be and invest in more clothing?  I ask because I've been making some changes, and I did some shopping the other day, and I was thinking, this could get real expensive as I get closer and closer to my goal, LOL!  So I'm hanging on to stuff in my closet that is too small or fits too snug, hoping I'll be able to get by, lol.

Yay T!!!

I started eating breakfast and drinking even more water and I've lost weight. Not a lot but enough to make my clothes fit less snug. I think that when I was skipping breakfast, it was hindering and not helping me. I heard it was not good to skip breakfast when it comes to weight loss, but I never believed it.

Excellent!!!!

I slacked off with the water for like a whole month and was drinking some of everything except water. I'm back on track though. I've been drinking water since HS so, it's no biggie to me.

My issue is eating.  :-\ I think I'm gonna start back with the Ensure. I'm gonna try strawberry this time. I have gained weight though. But you'd only notice if I'm on a scale lol. I've gotta get my sexy back. LOL

FANTASTIC!  It really difficult and it makes me feel really athletic.   8)

And it's quick too.  I'm in and out of the gym in less than an hour.

My suggestion: start light.

I consider myself a moderately strong guy, but I put a single 10 lb plate on each side of the 45lb bar to get through 3 sets.  That 1 min. rest period makes it brutal.

I think I'ma wait a little bit before investing in smaller clothes. I got too many in the closet as it is, lol. However, I really need to get some more blue jeans.

My doctor's nurse called me after my routine and said "your results came back and you are vitamin D deficient. We need to get you started on 50000 ius of Vitamin D for 8 weeks then once daily after we check you again.

In my mind I'm thinking.. WHAT?!! Supplements at 26?

realizing that being young and small doesn't mean you are healthy or the heathiest........smh
