IRT the crunchless ab exercise... that's still a crunch, it's just a reverse crunch, lol. My workout has the regular crunch, reverse crunch the ones to the side (obliques, I think), and the bicycle crunch that combines all of them. That reverse crunch is supposed to work on that evil pouch area. I still have trouble doing the bicycle crunch for any sustained amount of time, so I do it as long as I can and then revert to one of the other crunches just so I'm still active instead of stopping.
