After missing a few days of my workout, it felt good to get back to it this evening!!! I've been feeling sick, and when I tried to do it Saturday morning, I just couldn't. Turned it off during the warm-up. I was so disappointed, I didn't know what was wrong. Later I realized that I was actually physically ill, which made me feel better. At least, I wasn't just a slacker, lol. Felt better when I got home today, and sure enough my endurance and everything were on track with where I was before getting sick. This was the best one yet!
Made another batch of my soup to take to work, I'm just really enjoying this journey. Oh yeah, for my first week's weigh in, I lost 8 lbs! I didn't do so good on eating right Saturday and Sunday. Partly do to not feeling the best, and partly due to attending my goddaughter's bday party, and feeding the girls chili dogs and chips on Sunday (I was just too tempted, lol). I also didn't track my points, but in retrospect, I still don't believe I went over. I realize I must track, so I've gotta focus on doing a better job on the weekends when meals are less regimented and there's more guess work involved in portions, etc.
