Up at 4am to pray, left the house @ 5:15 to get the 5:30 train, got to the gym a little after 6.  Had a killer workout.  Back supersets and chest supersets followed by 20 min cardio.

Breakfast was 2 orders of egg whites, two slices of wheat toast, and water.

Cold?  What cold?  I feel GREAT!!!

Umm, what time do you go to bed? 4:00a is a little early, no? (I have trouble with 7:00a. Seriously).

My daily goal for 10.13.11:

Today, I will make a conscious effort not to be so uptight and worried about every little thing. I can't speak for tomorrow, but today, I will not freak out. - Check

Today, I will drink at least 50 oz of water. - Check

Today, I will walk up a flight of stairs or two. - sad face

Today, I will do those stupid lunges and reverse crunches. - half check

Today, I will eat something green. - Check

Today, I will make a conscious effort to hit "3" on the elevator instead of "6" so I can take the stairs up to my floor.

Today, I will drink at least 50 oz of water.

Today, I will eat 3 meals.

Today, I will make positive and encouraging declarations all day long, I will sing hymns, and recite psalms. Today, I will not entertain negativity or worry about anything. Today, God is in control.

Today, if anyone comes to me with a non-life-threatening problem, I will ask them if I can call them back tomorrow.

What a comeback!  Making a little comeback of my own today.  Got home late, missed workout, went over my points yesterday.

Last night I went to bed a little after 11 because we had to visit another church.  I had to play for the choir, play the organ behind my Bishop, etc.  I usually try to get to bed around 10.

I'm tired, but once I get in the gym.  The steel.  The pump.  It wakes me up.  Right now I feel like I could run through a troop.

Besides, it's better than working all day, THEN going to the gym and getting home when my daughter is almost ready for bed.   :-\

Srsly though, I WISH my goal was gaining weight.  I would eat everything not bolted down.  Then I would eat everything bolted down.
