I'm still at it. For me going to the gym is the easy part, eating right is the hard part. I still eat junk food, I just make sure that it's no more than 4 times a week.

You can say that again. Getting to the gym is easy for me. Eating right is not.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and every minute in between is an opportunity to eat trash.
