I'm not a grammar wizard but the one that is really irking me is you're and your....SMH! 
Good news. Your and you're is probably one of the easiest rules to learn (along with whose and who's). Here's the rule:
When you're writing the word out, if you can change it to
you are and still say the same thing, then the proper way to spell it is
you're because you're is a contraction. For example:
You're having a great day today because
your test scores just came back and you aced it.
In the first one (you're) you could technically change that to "You are having a great day today..." so you know that the right way to spell it is "you're."
You + are = you're
In the second one, you couldn't change it to you are, could you? "...great day today because
you are test scores just came back..." Nope. Doesn't work.
"Your" is possessive. It means that something belongs to you.
Here's another example:
It's okay if you're short on cash as long as your bills are paid.
The first one can be changed to "you are" (it's okay if you are short on cash). The second one cannot. The second one (your bills) refers to something that belongs to you. Your.
