Right!
Idk honestly. I guess to restore some order on my health habits. For the last couple of months I drunk (correct word?) more lemonade and sweet tea than water. So I guess this water streak is about getting in the habit of drinking more water a day than other drinks.
Okay, if your goal is to get in the habit of drinking water, I'd do water only for about a month. By then, your body will probably be craving water. For me, it took about a month and not only did I not drink enough water - I didn't drink ANY water at all - ever. I've always hated water. Now, it's all I drink. Drinking a bottle as I type this.

My personal rule is that I don't deny myself the stuff I want (when it comes to food/drinks). I just enjoy it in moderation, and I make myself "pay" for it. If I'm over my calories, but I want it, I eat it and then make myself burn the calories. If I want some sweet tea or cream soda, I make myself drink a glass of water FIRST, and then I can have the sweet tea (but truthfully, I don't drink much so by the time I've had the water, I don't even want anything else to drink. Works every time).
So yeah, I'd say try about a month and see what happens. Tea and lemonade in moderation are not bad for you, but of course, you'll want to drink as much water as you can - especially during summer months.
Oh, and it's
drank. You only use drunk with the words
have or
has. (Over the past month,
I have drunk more water than anything. Last week,
I drank sweet tea for the first time).
