Good jazz drum loops
« on: October 12, 2009, 06:12:11 AM »

what's you're fav loops /source for good jazz drum loops? The ones that don't have cheesy boom-chuka,crappy brushes etc.? Trying to help a drummer buddy get past bam bam drumming  into the finese'of the cats who played with Charles Earland,Jimmy Smith,McGriff,Mcduff. He just isn't catching the feel of a little ride, sidestick, little pop to the snare. He is NOT getting that shuffle swing thing, any ideas? Teaching vid's?
