Fwiw, I think cleavage in official capacity (as an evangelist) is inappropriate. Cleavage on a date with your hubby is not. If you're preaching or taking ministry pics or attending worship services, I don't care to see your cleavage, thank you very much.  But if you're out to dinner or going to a play with your hubby and I run into you, I don't really care if your cleavage is showing. But that's just me and my opinion.

Another thing I've noticed that really irritates me is that bigger ladies can get away with tight clothes and cleavage, while smaller women cannot. That gets on my last nerve.

I agree.

Well, Skinny men can get away with wearing tight muscle shirts, but fat dudes cant. :D

FWIW, I think cleavage in any capacity rocks..........(bad funkStrat, bad!...you know you can't act like that on a gospel site)
