No, seriously, it's only about an hour and a half trip from where I live, so from SJ's it's nothing.  I'll get the gas if you guys get dinner.

I LOVVVE Steven Ford!!! He's one of the greatest gospel music legends of our lifetime. Those of you who go will be blessed, and your ministries will undoubtedly be enriched.

I met him over the phone a couple of years ago when I was looking for an out-of-print CD that his now-defunct record label produced. I did all kinds of research to find a contact number, and finally left a message, and he called me back himself! I was in utter shock (kinda like how VTG went into shock when he talked to Lillian Lloyd on the phone... lol). Anyway, he was so nice, and we just talked and talked and talked.  If I were involved in music ministry, I'd definitely be making this trip. He rocks.

And btw, $35 is way cheap for this.

It doesn't have to be big or exciting to have eateries...Sheesh...Hanging with you, I see I better keep a stash of grub in the van, just in case.  :D
