I will stop unless I'm already in the intersection. In a big truck I just have to keep going and I blow the horn. I once had a policeman stop me. I told him I was loaded heavy, and I had to keep going. He eventually had to let me go because there was no other traffic around when I blew through the light. I guess I'm lucky I didn't catch a beatdown.

You big trucks know that everybody is leery of yall, so you use that all to your advantage...LOL. I don't want to be near a semi.

for you blackberry users here's a good free app. www.drivesafe.ly it reads your e mails and text to while you drive. then it sends a auto reply to sender letting them know you will get back to them. Did you already download that one, Pastor Rob? I went to the website but don't see a place to download.

IRT to the question...it depends. I'm a little leary now after preceding to go through a yellow light knowing that it would turn red by time I got through the light, but not knowing a cop was right at the intersection I saw him and came to a screeching halt to the point where smoke was coming out of the car sooooo embarassing and I had the nerve to back up afterwards to wait at the light The cop looked at me like I should really pull you over, but that was so extra I'm not even gonna bother BTW I was a new driver at the time...I've gained skills since then

We're just as if not more leery of yall 4-wheelers. I can't shoot across 4 lanes of traffic right at the exit, but you all do it all the time. We mean you no harm, as long as we can see you. And see, you told on yourself by saying you speed up. I've probably blown at you in your town and maybe even said a few non-Christian words.

If a car is behind me, i run the yellow. I'm trying to avoid being hit in the rear.
Sometimes, the yellow light annoys me especially when the traffic light has a camera or flashing light for tickets.

Ok, I'm endorsing www.DRIVESAFE.ly for BB users. Its free. The lady's voice is clear and not all robotic sounding and it works. And she's not annoying like my old GPS lady, Ms. Gert. I couldn't stand that heffa. Anyway, this one rocks. Thanks, Pastor Rob.

If I come up to a red light and it turns green, I will NOT go thru it immediately. I used to fly right thru it but not anymore. I will wait about 3 seconds or let somebody else go thru it first if they insist.

I don't stop on yellow, but I wont speed up to try and beat the light before it turns red either. I use my judgement based on how fast I'm going and how long the light has been yellow. Now in the Commonwealth of Virginia, you are supposed to stop at a yellow light if you have not yet entered the intersection. Virginia DMV
