I think the basic chords are:
intro and verse A - Em9 - A - Em9 chorus A - Em9 - A - D/F# - Em9 A - Em9 - F#m - GM7 D - E/D - DM7 - E/D - D F#m - E verse 2 A - Em9 - A - Em9 A - Em9 - A - F#m - Em9 A - F#m - GM7 chorus 2 (same as chorus 1 first time, then...) A - Bm - A/C# - Dm - A/E Bm - F#m - GM7 bridge D - E/D - DM7 - E/D - D F#m - E/F# - F#m - E/F# - F#m - E D - E/D - DM7 - E/D - D Asus - A A - E - A - E
That's the basics, but you need to keep a couple things in mind: 1. There are some double-stops integrated in the chords which give the chords the feel of movement. It's probably best that I make a video to show these, unless you can hear them and figure them out. 2. The F#m chord uses the open B and E strings and the Em9 chord uses the open G and E strings. As such, most of the above chords are fragments and not whole 6-note barre chords. 3. The very first chord of the song is an Em9 fragment as follows: --------0- -----3---- ---0------ -4-------- ---------- ----------

Ok, on this I can agree with you. For listening, I prefer the Free Chapel version over Israel's. For performing, we do our own arrangement that's probably closer to the FC version, too.
