that's kind of what we tried to do with the LGM Jams...but only a couple of people participated. i don't know if people were busy and weren't confident enough to put their stuff out, but i thought it was fun...

That might be easier ti do in the catroom with mics because not everyone has a video camera or can just go out and get one, but a lot of people have mics.  Nearly everyone can go out and get a cheapy computer mic for this if they have to.

What would be super cool is to do a full-on collab. We would start with just a beat, and everyone would add a part, then someone would get the daunting task of patchworking it together.

I'd vote Dave since he's all 'I love my Mac blah blah blah' lol jk Dave!

It would be cool though.

Looks like I need to get my stuff up and running again. I just got a new pc, and I still don't have all my recording stuff changed over yet.

I would love to jump in on this. What type of equipment would I need to make this happen on my side?

I'm using my wife's dell notebook. It has everything built in. We purchased a camera for the desktop but the mic is sold seperately. You should get the package with everything included. Installation is simple.Requires running a CD for a few minutes.

I haven't played guitar in years so I'm like a beginner but it would be nice to watch.

Enough with the banging on instruments. When are you going to start playing it?
