THIS SONG IS BY DEWAYNE WOODS, CALLED "LET GO LET GOD". IT IS REAL EASY. THE TAB IS 1-2-3-4 THEN BACK TO 3-6, THEN flat5, 5-flat6-6, then back to 1-4-3-6-flat5-1. Have fun..

I promise to upload a video within three hours! I found an old sony digital camera that had a broken display but still works.
I found the cable for for the camera to connect it to a TV, and Now i Have it connected to an old 13" analog tv. I had to make a camera stand out of some old textbooks. But everything should work. I hope...
Watch out everyone I'm a beginner so it may not be pretty

I just used the tab posted to play. I played in the key of A-flat. The video is still processing as of this post so the link may not work.

phbrown, you did well especially by just only going by the tabs and no music. Good job. Keep it up. I just used the tab posted to play. I played in the key of A-flat. The video is still processing as of this post so the link may not work. Let Go Let God by Dewayne Wooeds

I hope you don't mind but I have a question.
The part after it goes 1-2-3-4 then you play the octave for the 4.
How did you go back down to the 3?

an easy way is to go up to the high 5 then back to the high4 then down to the high 3. Then you can do the 3 to the 7 to the low 3 and it'll all drop into place. Use the scale to your advantage to make movements

You can always ask me a question. Hopefully I can answer it. But JeremyR is right. I just basically used the octave 5 to the 4 and then to the 3. Then you can just jump that 3 down to the the low 3 by way of the 7. This techinique is all about timing. Very common technique. Yeah but anytime you have a question just ask. I don't consider myself to have a plethera of bass knowledge, but I am definitely willing to show what I know. I am still learning as well.

Jeremyr any luck with the video explaining the concept? If not thats okay I think I almost got it. I still have to get the timing down better.

Thats how you do it. then all you do is Guys please... When posting a YouTube vid DO NOT EMBED etc. Just simply past the URL ( http://www.youtube.com/....) into your posts. Not the EMBED code they provide. With Vimeo clips simply click there Share Link button and then the Copy URL button and then paste that into your LGM post/thread. Any other methods will cause that ugly duplication thing and We do not have time to clean all that junk up so thanks in advance for making life easier on the board(s). -- Sabe I hope that helps
