Now THAT'S where you went wrong...White meat (IRT poultry) is never AS juicy as dark meat... I've had some juicy white meat before (I think I make the best turkey wings this side of heaven), however... it doesn't compare to the juiciness of the dark meat... no way, no how.

CHALLENGE!!! Dark meat is too greasy and fatty... not good for the heart. White meat can be just as succulent, juicy and flavorful as dark meat (when cooked properly).
