The tab for this song is 1-3-4-5 then 7-1.  Then 5-6-b7 to the 3. then chromatic  from3 to the 7. then 5 back to the 1. Real simple song to do. Try it if you can and Post.

yo black - nice video man.  for some reason i was getting static noise while listening to it.  maybe because the bass has a really low tone.  but i like the video...  i was trying to watch your technique on slapping.  for some reason muting the unused strings while slapping is really difficult right now.

hopefully it will come with time...

Fanto, thanks for the compliment. Yeah that slapping is something that will come as you keep practicing your technique. I would say focus on muting the strings with your innerwrist part. The bottom fleshy part of your inner hand right above the inner wrist is what I use to mute. That and my left hand. Focus on that for one practice session and your hands will get use to doing that.

I have posted another video of the same song with a different bass. let me know if the static goes away.

Thanks

Black

Hey black, Nice Sx Jbass.  I just bought a sunburst colored one.  What mods have you done to it if any?  Trying to get an idea of what I should think about getting done to mine.

I hadn't modified it yet. I think it sounds beautifull the way it is. How you like yours?

faNToMp6aYa I don't think that is his bass. I believe it is the microphone on his camera. Either its too loud and it is causing some distortion or the mic doesn't handle low bass notes well.

[/quote]  I like the bass, but the stock strings are super brite and almost twangy. I like a lil growl to my strings.  The neck is cool except the fact that I need to file the sides of my frets a lil bit.  Feels like im playing a chefs knife sometimes(lol).  I also need to lower the action. But overall it plays way better than the squire jbass I purchased a while back.
