Harmony Run's on Ogan

I heard somebody do a run on the organ but it had harmony... How is this done...
If you do a run in Aflat "Ab Bb Eb D C# B Ab F# Ab" How can you do this as a Harmony... Does this make any since to you guys? I hope Im explaining it correctly... Please advise....

Try using fourths while keeping the lead note on top:

Eb Ab
F Bb
Bb Eb
etc.

It will probably easier to play one note with the left hand and one with the right hand.

while playing that in your Right, use your Left to play:

C, Db, G, Gb, F, D, C, Bb, C

While Holding Ab on the bass pedal.  Basically playing intervals of a third. (in the instances of Bb and B, a Minor third)
