I really don't know what you all meant by your comments but, this song is dope. It's been a long time since a song gripped me the way this one did. To me it has some of Tye's sound to it only difference is it has a true rock sound to it. They've been described as a christian rock group though, so what do you expect. Also if I understood right, the Lead singer is Brent's brother. With his soulful voice he brings a whole different element to this rock sound.

Yo, if they were "white-skinned" faces I think there would be no problem in accepting this rock music. The masks and all the other stuff is apart of the "Rock" look. Whats wrong with CHRISTIAN ROCK!..better yet, what's wrong with black ppl singing christian rock and looking like christian rockers?..... so if a whiteboy decides to do gospel rap, will we have a problem with that too?

in my opinion, everything was on point, they sound like rock stars, look like rock stars, and the worship song was easy to follow along with. I want "more of you", too God!

Agreed....The song was KILLA in itself....not to mention The band...Brent KILLED...you should hear when he played at Guitar Center.....MURDERED IT.......Even though it has been posted

You've got to realize that some things just are what they are. Rock appeals to more Caucasians than African Americans, so when we do this kind of music it can sometimes come off as less than authentic (like a non-hispanic telenovela star ?/?)

And gospel rap is lame. No one should participate is such lameness as it does no justice to either genre.

Not really sure why you threw this out... it really has nothing to do with this thread. But since you did, might I suggest you get ahold to a few guys named Flame, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Da T.R.U.T.H., KNINE, R-Swift, A1 Swift, T-Bone, Sho Baraka... just to name a few.

 Alot of kids have turned off their secular rap in my community since we have introduced them to these guys. So they can't be too lame.
